Dutch Colonial
The Dutch Colonial style shed has a barn shaped roof line with flared out ends. Dutch Colonials come standard with 6 foot 2 inch tall wall studs, PVC fascia, 3 ½ inch PVC corners, 6 inch overhangs on 4 sides, a set of double doors, (2) 24 inch x 36 inch windows, 2 round top gable vents, shutters or flower boxes, and an
aluminum diamond tread plate. Placement of doors and windows is up to homeowner.
This shed standardly features either wood (Duratemp) or vinyl (GP D4 Dutch lap or Traditional lap) siding and Owens Corning Duration 30 year architectural shingle.
